When no one is physically at the front desk, she steps in remotely to ensure every patient receives the same warm, professional experience. Chai also verifies insurance benefits, organizes intake sheets for patient signatures, and calls patients to confirm or remind them of appointments.
Balancing Work and Family
As a single mother of two, one of whom has ADHD and ASD, Chai takes immense pride in providing for her family. She’s also the breadwinner for her household, supporting her mother and younger siblings, two of whom are still studying.
