Kim wears a lot of hats at Virtual Rockstar—and she wears them well. As Executive Director, she works closely with Will to keep his schedule and priorities on track. She also leads as Podcast Director, guiding the team through planning, content creation, and keeping everything on point behind the scenes.

She’s been with Virtual Rockstar since the early days—three months in, to be exact—and has played a big role in shaping how things run today. From building systems to supporting the team, Kim’s the kind of person who quietly makes a big impact.

She’s known for her calm energy, steady presence, and her love of a good checklist. In a fast-moving space, she brings clarity and keeps things grounded.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys good books, beach days, and seeing new places. For her, it’s all about finding that rhythm between getting things done and enjoying the moments in between.
