Kayla is the Vice President of Operations at Virtual Rockstar, where she oversees all administrative, financial, recruiting, and partner relationships — including the company’s valued Virtual Assistants. She brings clarity and structure to the team, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while building strong, people-first systems that support long-term success.

Before moving into operations, Kayla led Talent Acquisition at Virtual Rockstar, helping connect the right people to the right roles. With a background in athletic training and healthcare recruiting, she brings both care and precision to everything she does.

Kayla spent seven years as a Certified Athletic Trainer, working closely with high school athletes before transitioning into healthcare recruitment in 2021. Her passion has always been about helping people thrive—whether that’s on the field or in their careers.

She lives in Chandler, AZ with her husband, Andrew, and their two daughters, Quinn and Mackenzie. Outside of work, she’s all about family time, cozy nights at home, baseball games, good music, and getting lost in a great book. She’s a steady, thoughtful presence on the team—and a big believer that the right people make all the difference.
